Nikolay Sabitov has been CEO of NFP since its establishment in 2012.
From 2009 till 2012, Mr. Sabitov held executive positions in private equity funds, managing leading Russian consumer, oil and gas and real estate companies.
In 2006–2009, Mr. Sabitov was a Vice President of Giffels Management Russia, an international real estate development company. Prior to co-founding Giffels’ business in Russia and Ukraine, Mr. Sabitov was a Director of Cube Private Equity in 2004–2006.
Mr. Sabitov started his career at Nestle in 1996. In 2001–2004, he worked for Nestle SA (Switzerland), managing cross-functional teams that optimized performance of Nestle companies across the world.
Mr. Sabitov holds an MSc in Finance with honors from Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy and a BA in Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences (Groningen, Netherlands).
Alexey Kravchenko joined NFP team as the Deputy CEO in July 2016.
Mr. Kravchenko has more than 10 years of experience in leading financial institutions in Russia - VTB Group and Gazprombank at senior investment banking positions.
In VTB Group, Mr. Kravchenko was Managing Director for Project Finance and International Finance. Mr. Kravchenko also was leading the Project Finance team at Bank of Moscow for almost 5 years.
Prior to that Mr. Kravchenko was heavily involved in managing Gazprom and Gazprombank’s investments in power and energy industry in Russia and Europe as a Deputy Director at Gazprombank.
Mr. Kravchenko holds MBA degree from Columbia University of New York and MBA degree from London Business School.
Taras Ganaga holds the position of the Technical Director of NFP since March 2012.
Prior joining NFP, Mr. Ganaga was employed at Sibur-Mineral Fertilizers as the Deputy Director General on Production and Investments since 2010.
Within the period from 1993 to 2010 he worked as the Technical Director in the company “Mineral Fertilizers” (Perm).
In 1989-1993, Mr. Ganaga held different positions at the enterprises of chemical and medical industries in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.
In 1979, Mr. Ganaga started his career at commissioning trust “Orgchem”, where he participated in construction and commissioning of workshops to produce carbamide in Novomoskovsk, Perm, Nevinnomysk and Fergan.
Mr. Ganaga graduated from Novomoskovsk Branch of the Mendeleev Chemical Technical College.
