The staff of AO "NFP" headed by Executive Director Viktor Grebenyukov took an active part in the environmental clean-up organized in support of the All-Russian action "Clean Ocean".
The initiator of the event was the public movement "Mothers of Primorye".
As part of the clean-up, volunteers cleaned the Nakhodka city beach "Ritsa" from garbage.
Call: "Clean beach - safety and health of our children!" brought together representatives of МБДОУ-63, МБДОУ-36, the Society of Disabled People of the city of Nakhodka, the running club "Don't be like Grisha", the city hospital, the newspaper "Trade League", the insurance company "Capital-Life", "Young Guard", as well as athletes, entrepreneurs and other caring residents of the city. More than 60 people took part in the cleanup.
"The ecological cleanup on the beach at the height of the summer season is a very right initiative. We were happy to join it, and we are very pleased to see so many caring and optimistic people here. Environmental protection is an extremely important aspect of our company, starting with creating conditions to unconditionally ensure the environmental safety of future production and ending with vigorous activities aimed at improving the environment, "- said Viktor Grebenyukov.
Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant (NFP) is a large-scale investment project for the construction of methanol and urea production capacities in the Russian Far East.
The construction of the plant will ensure the creation of more than 1,500 highly qualified jobs in the Nakhodka city district, and after tax holidays and launch of the Phase 2, up to 14.5 billion tax revenues to budgets of all levels annually.
