The teams of the Formula for Success scientific project competition organized by NFP, became the winners of the 21^st International Youth Ecological Conference-Competition Man and the Biosphere, which was held at the Vladivostok State University.

More than 500 schoolchildren from all over Russia, as well as from Korea, Japan and Canada made presentations. Nakhodka was represented by six teams. They reported of the research results on ecology, medicine, IT and food industry. As a result, the Formula for Success projects won one Gold, two Silver and two Bronze, as well as won the special nomination “For the pursuit of professionalism.”

“The Formula for Success competition is one of the initiatives encouraged by Nakhodka authorities. It not only develops environmental awareness among schoolchildren, but also develops project thinking. The content of presentations is getting better. We have made a clean sweep of the conference’s podium for the first time ever, although Nakhodka schoolchildren had already taken part in it,” noted Irina Korol, coordinator, “Razvitie” Information and Methodological Center in Nakhodka.

Recall that NFP’s Formula for Success recently became the best educational project at an all-Russian competition, and the number of participants is growing every year. More than a hundred children from all schools in Nakhodka are developing their projects this time.
