NFP “Success Formula” was called the best author’s development of Russia
Educational project “Success Formula” put in place by Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant along with “Razvitiye” Information Expertise Center was recognized as the best among educating initiatives at the All-Russian competition.
The 8th Open School “Science Education and Enlightenment: Challenges, Priorities, Innovations” was held in Vladivostok under the auspices of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. “Success Formula” won the “gold” in the competition of author’s methodological developments.
For NFP, the competition of school research projects is a way to support caring youth who strive to improve the quality of life in the city. Over four years, high school students have developed more than a hundred projects, most of them aimed at the environment.
“Nakhodka has a lot to be proud of. Projects of “Success Formula” participants win both at the regional and federal levels. We were able not only to compete, but also to beat serious rivals with their own scientific base and scientific-research laboratories,” said Irina Korol, a methodologist at the “Razvitiye” Information Expertise Center in Nakhodka.
The NFP initiative allows us to look at the city, its problems and prospects from a different angle – through the eyes of the youth who will live and work here. The future plant will help with the latter: upon completion it will create 1,500 jobs. The younger generation is a focus of the company’s HR policy.
