The Federal Autonomous Institution “Glavgosekspertiza” has issued a positive conclusion on the project “5400 MTPD Methanol Plant. Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Factory”. The expert review conclusion No. 25-1-1-3-013883-2023 has been published in the Unified State Register of expert review conclusions for capital construction projects.

This means that the project documentation submitted by NFP complies with all environmental requirements, urban planning codes, technical regulations, norms, and rules for the design and construction of technologically complex structures.

We would like to remind you that active engineering preparation of the site is currently underway based on the permit for construction activities previously issued by the Administration of the Nakhodka Urban District.. Two roads for access to the future construction site have already been completed, and work on the water reserve tank for the needs of the plant and the waste treatment facilities is nearing completion. In addition, permission for the construction of a maritime terminal has been obtained.

NFP is the key resident of Nakhodka Advanced Special Economic Zone (ASEZ). NFP is one of Russia’s top ten largest investment projects, and one of top 3 investment projects in the Russian Far East. NFP will contribute 49 billion rubles in taxes to budgets at all levels. The total number of employees at the plant will be 1,500 people. Even before the start of construction, NFP offers competitive salaries, an expanded social benefits package, and additional health insurance for employees and their children.

As part of NFP’s initiative, the approved Socio-Economic Development Plan, initiated by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, is being implemented in Nakhodka. In 2022 saw completion of 9 schools and 9 kindergartens, construction of a sports complex was initiated, sports grounds were built, and the banks of Lake Solyonoe were improved. Work on socially important facilities will be carried out annually as part of the plan.
