Relocation Bonuses, Monthly Benefits, and Housing Allowance: NFP Awaits Young Professionals
This year, Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant (NFP) has expanded its social support measures. Now, young professionals can receive a one-time payment, a monthly salary bonus, and accommodation. The company introduced these new benefits during its annual meeting with students at the Nakhodka branch of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU).
For several years, NFP has been entering into employer-sponsored educational contracts with students from universities and vocational high schools. During their studies, students receive additional scholarships, and after graduation, the company guarantees them a job. This year, individual support measures have been extended to young specialists – employees under 30 years of age, for whom NFP will be their first place of employment after obtaining their diploma. Currently, there are already two such employees at the plant, both are former graduates of the Nakhodka State Humanitarian and Polytechnic College who took part in the employer-sponsored educational program.
“This year, 25 first-year students have enrolled in the Technology of Analytical Control of Chemical Compounds program at FEFU. They may become our future laboratory assistants as early as in 2026. We are willing to take on graduates from other programs and provide retraining at the company’s expense,” said Alina Sedlyar, an expert in training and personnel assessment at NFP.
The most in-demand specialists at the time of the plant launch will be chemical production operators, instrumentation and automation mechanics, chemical laboratory assistants, maintenance fitters, electricians, as well as engineers in the fields of mechanics, metrology, power industry, and chemical production. Go to “Careers” on the official NFP web site to learn more about current job vacancies. Detailed information about employment and registration for employer-sponsored education or internships is available on the website. You may submit your CVs to cv@nzmu.ru or through a special form on the website.
