NFP Announces Job Openings at Youth Day as it Aims to Provide Locals with Comfortable Life and Work Conditions
Vladivostok’s Youth Day festival, which was held on June 26 on the city’s Tsesarevich Embankment, became a really grand-scale event with around 30,000 people that attended its 8 thematic spaces.
Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizers Plant was also presented at the Career space, so young people had a chance to meet with their potential employer, fill out application forms and thus be included in the talent pool of the future plant.
The plant started building up its team right at the construction stage. Along with highly-qualified professionals, future graduates of Primorsky Krai universities and colleges are also invited to join the staff. The production facility will be unique for the Far East, so the plant is ready to train recent graduates and turn them into real professionals.
“We are opening new horizons for the students and graduates in Primorsky Krai by offering them modern jobs in the various of areas, such as environmental protection, industrial safety, chemical industry, information technologies, and software engineering. With us, these young people will be able to work and study modern technologies, which are first-of-a-kind in the region,” said Victor Grebenyukov, executive director of NFP.
NFP is going to hire 300 new employees over the next 12 months and will fill up its production vacancies by March 2023. Chemical operator appears to be the principal and most in-demand job at the plant. Far East has no companies that can become “donors” of production workers, so NFP will train candidates from scratch and guarantee them employment at the future production facility. The training will start in the second half of 2023. Candidates are invited to enroll in advance by sending a free-form application to cv@nzmu.ru. Please, use the subject line “Operator training”.
NFP has also announced job openings for the following engineering and technical positions:
mechanical engineer,
engineer of automated production control systems,
chemical process engineer,
metrology engineer,
power engineer.
By the time production starts, NFP’s headcount will reach 1,500 people. All employees will be able to benefit from decent employment terms: paid internships, expanded social package, special programs for buying apartments on favorable terms. The average salary will amount to 110 thousand rubles (such calculation does not include top management).
Recruitment of local specialists is a traditional priority of NFP’s staff policy. At the festival, the young members of the local communities could see that if they are looking for comfortable life and good working conditions, there is no need to leave the region. They may as well find everything here, in Primorye.
