Positive review report issued by Government State Expertise authority (Glavgosexpertiza) for NFP Marine Terminal project
The design documentation of NFP Marine Terminal complies with the environmental requirements established by technical regulations and environmental protection legislation, as confirmed by order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources received on 5 July 2022.
The Marine Terminal will become one of the most important parts of the future plant. It is designed to receive and process vessel for further shipping of finished products. The size of the Terminal’s water area is 38.3 thousand square meters. The expected cargo turnover is 1.8 million tons per year (up to 105 ships), with methanol loading capacity of 1250 tons per hour.
To date, NFP has received Glavgosexpertiza’s approval for construction of the following facilities: two construction site access road, a water reservoir for the needs of the plant, a gas pipeline, treatment facilities, and now a marine terminal.
Construction work is underway at all facilities in accordance with the schedule.
